The locally owned Hotel Casa Blanca is a very popular San Juan del Sur hotel because of its great location and moderate price. Inn on the Pacific
One of the newer hotels in town and located on the beach front road. All suites have air conditioning, television, wireless internet, microwave, refrigerator, and balcony. The hotel has a pool and the penthouse suite has a rooftop jacuzzi.
Hotel Colonial
Located only one block from the beach in the center of town. All rooms have private bathrooms, air conditioning, and television. There is a cafeteria and bar and quiet sitting places in the garden. Surf board and bike rentals are available. $48 single, $54 double, $66 triple, and $85 family.
Casa International Hotel Joxi
Located in the heart of town a block from the beach. Air conditioning, private bathroom, internet, restaurant, and gift shop. Rooms cost US$35 for two, some singles cost $13. Price includes breakfast.

El Pacifico
Located at the north end of the bay at the base of the Pacific Marlin development. El Pacifico has large rooms with air conditioning, hot water, pool, wireless internet, private bathrooms, private parking, and a restaurant/bar. $36 for a single and $46 for a double including breakfast. Long term rates are available.
Royal Chateau
Royal Chateau has clean rooms with air conditioning or fan, private bath and parking. Located on the main back road of town. $35 a night.
El Puerto
Located on the main road into town on the right hand side. Very clean and secure rooms with private bathrooms and fans. $15 for a single and $25 for a double.
Landmark Inn

El Nido B&B
Located 25 min. outside of San Juan del Sur, El Nido is a quaint poolside Bed and Breakfast with wonderful views, a lush garden, and a relaxed atmosphere. Parque Maratimo El Coco A great resort located 18 km south fo San Juan del Sur. The park is within the boundaries of the beautiful Wild Life Refuge "La Flor" and is a short distance to La Flor beach where you can witness nesting and hatching sea turtles. There are rental houses, bungalows, and apartments available. The beach here is great for walking, swimming, volleyball, horseback riding, and other activities.
